Dave has an extensive background in corporate law, and debt and equity financing related to businesses of many types. As the President and a Shareholder and Director, he has significantly contributed to the growth of Dwyer, Huddleson, & Ray, P.C. of Fort Collins into one of the premier law firms in Colorado. Dave received his B.S. in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of Kansas and his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School.
