Dave Dwyer, General Partner in vista ventures i

Dave is a General Partner and Founder of Vista Ventures I. He has an extensive background in corporate law, M&A transactions and debt and equity financings related to businesses of many types. For many years he was engaged in the full time practice of law and contributed to the growth of Dwyer, Huddleson, & Ray of Fort Collins, Colorado, into one of the premier law firms in Colorado. He currently spends most of his time involved in the venture capital business; however, he also provides legal services in connection with business matters and transactions for a limited number of legal clients. Mr. Dwyer received his B.S. in Business Administration (Accounting) from the University of Kansas and his J.D. from the University of Michigan.
