Brad Busse
Brad Busse is President and Chief Operating Officer of RBC Daniels. He is responsible for managing the firms day-to-day operations and is Co-Chairman of the RBC Daniels Executive Committee. Mr. Busse is regarded as one of the most seasoned and innovative investment bankers in the telecommunications business. He has completed a number of the industry's most significant transactions which has given him exposure to every major player. He and his team have completed over 500 transactions valued at approximately $15 billion. Mr. Busse has been extensively involved in leadership roles with community and industry organizations including PCIA Foundation, Colorado Concern, Govenor's Council on Science & Technology for the State of Colorado, Mile High United Way and the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver.
ALLAN FERGUSON
Allan Ferguson has over 20 years of experience in international venture capital investing with technology companies. He was most recently Managing Director with 3i Corporation, a leading international venture capital company, where he lead U.S. operations. Prior to joining 3i, Mr. Ferguson was a managing partner with Aspen Ventures and a general partner with Atlas Ventures. He also has held several senior operating positions at Johnson & Johnson, Ortho Diagnostics Systems, Inc and Damon Biotech. He is formerly a member of the board of the National Venture Capital Association and is a director on the board of several companies including AutoImmune, Inc., BioPure, TransMedics, Inc., Ulthera, Inc., Xtheticx, Inc. and ZONARE Medical Systems, Inc. Mr. Ferguson holds a B.S. in chemical engineering from the University of Delaware and attended the Harvard Executive Management Program.
TOM GLEASON
Tom Gleason is the retired President, CEO and Chairman of First National Bank of Fort Collins, positions he held from 1965 until his retirement in 1998. Under Mr. Gleason's leadership, the bank grew it's assets from $7 million to over $1 billion. He continues to have an impact on the organization. In 2005, Mr. Gleason was a founding member of Western National Bank in Phoenix, Arizona and continues to serve as a Director. Mr. Gleason has been inducted into the Colorado Business Hall of Fame and was awarded the Bravo! Entrepeur of the Year Lifetime Achievement Award. He has been actively involved in the community and has served as a trustee for the Fort Collins Museum of Contemporary Art, Colorado Outward Bound and the Lincoln Center. He has served as the President of the Fort Collins Chamber of Commerce and was a founding member of the Northern Colorado Econcomic Development Council. Mr. Gleason has invested much of his time, energy and talent to support the Colorado State University and they have awarded him an honorary degree - Doctor of Humane Letters.
ED HARPER
Edwin L. Harper has been on Vista's advisory board since 2005. Mr. Harper has deep experience in management and as a board member for high technology companies providing both hardware and software. He was a member of the Board of Directors for McAfee Software (NYSE: MFE), where during part of his tenure, he served as Chairman. He served as President of Colorado Memory Systems, a Colorad based tape drive company that was sold to Hewltt Packard. Mr. Harper was President of SyQuest Tehcnology, a publicly held storage company, and also serve as President of Manufacturing Technology, Inc., a privately held company that manufactrured semiconductor slicing and dicing equirpment. He currently serves as Chairman and CEO of WhiteCell Software, a privately held company supplying nettwork security software. Mr. Harper currently serves on the Board of Directors of Avocent, Inc. (NASD: AVCT), Ditech Networks, Inc. (NASD: DITC), MX Logic, Inc. and Verari Systems, Inc. He holds a BSEE and an MSEE from Colorado State University.
