DAFCA is an electronic design automation (EDA) software company developing a product suite for the creation of flexible Systems-on-Chip (SoC) solutions, which results in faster time-to-market and lower chip development costs. DAFCA was acquired by Ceallaigh Group, LLC in October 2008.

Dante Group

Dante Group software provides enterprise monitoring software to help companies better understand the relationship between business processes and their underlying IT infrastructure that supports them. Dante has expanded this vision to provide solutions for real-time enterprise management for both the business and IT functions. Co-investors include Mobius and Sequel Venture Partners. Dante was acquired by webMethods (NASDAQ: WEBM) in October 2003.

Groople

Groople, Inc. increases the productivity and profitability of group travel sales, through the use of advanced technology that allows for significant growth in revenue without adding associated call-center costs and the ability to book any-size group in a single online session. Groople was acquired by Shorts Travel in November 2008.

LeftHand Networks

LeftHand Networks Inc. pioneered the open iSCSI SAN market and is the only storage vendor to build enterprise-class SANs on industry-standard platforms. A key differentiator for LeftHand is its patented SAN/iQ storage clustering software. LeftHand’s SAN/iQ software turns standard servers like the HP ProLiant DL380 into scalable network storage ideal for primary storage, server consolidation, disaster recovery and campus SANs. LeftHand was acquired by Hewlett-Packard Company (NYSE: HPQ) in November 2008.

MX Logic

MX Logic, Inc. provides advanced email protection and security solutions that safeguard enterprises, service providers and government organizations from junk email ("spam"), viruses, worms, malicious content and other harmful threats at the network perimeter. MX Logic's Email Defense solutions allow organizations to easily configure and control their email protection and security based on their overall corporate email policies.  MX Logic was acquired by McAfee, Inc. (NYSE: MFE) in September 2009.

Market Force Information, Inc. is an emerging provider of store-level, customer experience information for retailers, restaurants, consumer packaged goods companies and the financial and hospitality communities. Market Force’s strategy is to acquire mystery shopping companies and invest in technology to further enhance the value and utility of the information it provides to clients. Market Force is located in Boulder, Colorado. Co-investors include Boulder Ventures and Centennial Ventures.

NewsGator Technologies, Inc.

All NewsGator products synchronize seamlessly, enabling users to read their RSS feeds anywhere, anytime, with any device. Our co-investors include Masthead Ventures and Mobius Ventures.

Nimsoft, Inc (Indicative Software)

Nimsoft, Inc. is the fastest growing provider of next-generation performance and availability monitoring solutions for the complete physical, virtual, and cloud-based IT infrastructure. Nimsoft acquired Indicative Software in April 2008.

Rally Software Development Corp.

Rally Software Development Corp. is based in Boulder, Colorado and provides the software-driven enterprise with the knowledge, coaching and tooling needed to succeed with Agile development practices. Rally's new software development management solution allows software organizations to dramatically lower the cost of change in their development efforts so they speed value delivery to the customer. Our co-investors include Boulder Ventures and Mobius Ventures.

Selero

Selero, Inc. is a premier provider of complete end-to-end solutions for internal and external straight through processing (“STP”) and integration for the Securities industry. By replacing manual processes, efficiently connecting disparate trading partners, and optimizing order processing, IBSN’s products allow securities firms to lower their costs, improve reliability and scalability, and attract and win more customers. IBSN is located in Denver, Colorado. Co-investors include Appian Venture Partners, Grayhawk Venture Partners, OCA Ventures and SAP.

SiGe Semiconductor

SiGe Semiconductor, Inc. is a leading global supplier of front-end solutions for next-generation wireless systems. Drawing on the unique advantages of silicon germanium technology, the company designs and delivers integrated circuits and chip-scale modules with unparalleled performance and power efficiency. SiGe Semiconductor is headquartered in Ottawa, Canada and has operations in Boston, London, San Diego, and Hong Kong. Co-investors include 3i, Prism, TD Capital and VenGrowth

StrataVia Corporation

StrataVia Corporation provides expert database administration services on a 24x7x365 basis to companies, along with significant annual cost savings. StrataVia can guarantee such cost savings due to its innovative proprietary database automation software. StrataVia is located in Denver, Colorado. Co-investors include Adams Street Partners and Asset Management Company.


Strion Air

StrionAir is a revolutionary air purification company that utilizes the electrical enhancement of a proprietary mechanical filter to achieve (1) high particle removal efficiency (especially sub micron size ), (2) at very low resistance to airflow, and (3) with a germicidal effect on mold, bacteria and viruses that also protects a building's air intake from a biological or radiological terrorist attack. StrionAir's technology is based on research conducted by the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratories for the Department of Energy to protect nuclear facilities. StrionAir was acquired by Carrier Corp (a division of United Technologies Corp. (NYSE:UTX)) in September 2009.
